On December 31, Courtney Edwards, a Piedmont agent and member of CWA Local 3645 at Montgomery Regional Airport in Alabama, died as a result of an on-the-job accident below the wing. Courtney was a loving mother of three kids and a valued member of our union family.

Courtney's tragic death highlighted serious safety issues confronting our members, issues which we need to learn more about in order to make all agents at Piedmont and Envoy safer.
