Bargaining Report 6/11

Sisters and Brothers,

Your Envoy Bargaining Committee met with the company on June 4th and 5th in Dallas and secured tentative agreements on two articles.

Your Bargaining Team continued to work diligently on proposals covering the following

articles:

  • Article 16: Hours of Service
  • Article 17: Schedule Bidding
  • Article 19: Attendance at Hearings and Investigations
  • Article 21: Temporary Duty
  • Article 26: Safety and Health
  • Article 27: Discipline and Discharge
  • Article 32: Authorized Union Business.

After multiple passes between the Union and the company, your Bargaining Team secured tentative agreements on Article 21: Temporary Duty, and Article 26: Safety and Health.

While bargaining with Envoy has been slow and challenging, your Bargaining Team remains dedicated to securing the strongest possible contract for your approval.

Our next bargaining session is scheduled for July 28th and 29th at CWA Headquarters in Washington, DC.

Please be prepared to participate in mobilization activities and stay engaged as we continue pressing for the changes our members deserve.
